Why do you not show exact prices on the website?

Unlike retail, B2B export pricing depends on variables that change per order: quantity, destination, shipping method, customs duties, taxes and compliance requirements. A fixed price would be misleading. We provide personalised quotes instead.

How can I get an accurate vehicle price?

Share your requirements through our quote form or WhatsApp. Our team prepares a detailed CIF quote within 24 hours, including vehicle price, freight, insurance, customs and registration support — fully itemised so you see every cost.

How long does delivery take?

It depends on the product and destination. Vehicles by ocean freight typically take 25–40 days. Standard security products: 5–15 days by express, 15–30 days by sea. OEM orders: 25–45 days for production plus shipping time.

What are the payment terms?

Standard terms: 30% deposit to confirm order, 70% balance before shipment. We accept T/T bank transfer, L/C and Trade Assurance. Custom terms available for repeat customers.

Is your pricing transparent?

Yes. Every quote is fully itemised — you see exactly what you pay for. No hidden fees. We base our pricing on actual costs plus a transparent service fee.

How do sanctions and export controls affect my order?

International trade is subject to export control laws and sanctions programs. Some destinations, entities or end uses may be restricted. We review every order for compliance before confirming. Buyers should also verify their local import requirements.

What documents are included with my order?

Every shipment includes Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List and Certificate of Origin. Additional certificates (CE, FCC, GOST) available upon request.
